I had a h/a for about 1 week! And, strange dizziness especially in the morning. The dizziness had subsided until this morning (Monday 08 Nov). I haven't really had any cravings, but when I get hungry, I'm looking at every edible thing and coveting it! I'm trying to stay prepared for moments like that, but having to soak nuts has put a damper on raw nuts that I usually keep in my bag for emergency situations.
I had a crazy weekend, with house guests for 5 days and travelling back and forth to Thailand everyday for 3 days! I was compliant on ED, but think I got some chemicals in the food I ate the 1st day, so day 2 and 3, I packed smoothies and just had them until we got home for dinner. I had to buy food for dinner because no time for prep, but I think it was all ok. Just to be on the safe side, I am fasting today, until dinner time. I've lost a total of 2kg since beginning 2 weeks ago on Level 3. I don't feel too energetic at the moment, but I would have felt a whole lot worse had I eaten everything available.

Days 1 - 5
I started back on ED last Monday, 25 Oct, 2010. I was waiting in anticipation for the new release ED 3.0, but DAX had conjuntivitis and was seemingly down for the count!

Eliminating the coffee, sugar, alcohol, wheat, dairy, processed foods was not as hard as I thought it would be {well, I have done this before}, but the headache and dizzy spells were not expected. I must be way more toxic than I thought.
I started out at 73.40kg and today, I am at 72.35kg! The skirt I have on, today is actually loose!
After going off the program, mid-way through the last challenge I did with MAX, I was really disappointed in myself. So much so, that I ate whatever I wanted and low and behold, added 4 inches of FAT straight down my torso . . . YUK!
Now, I have the new version of ED, and because of my level of toxicity, I need to be on a level 3 plan, which eliminates even MORE items, like starchy foods. I know that this system works, so I am willing to put forth the required effort, so that I can feel and look better.
I AM DOING THIS FOR ME!
I decided to BLOG again because it helps to keep me focused. But, I am writing when I want to, probably NOT everyday.
